Local 24 hour pickup (recommended)

We offer an easy 24 hour pickup option. When you place your order, it will be ready and waiting for you the following day (Mon-Sat). Pickup locations will be added over time.

When you order is ready for pickup, you will receive a text to come and pick it up. The pickup location will hold your order for 2 days, after this, it will be returned to us and a refund will be issued to your card. However, we will reach out to you via email/phone beforehand to confirm.

A refund can take 5-7 working days to land back in your account, however, it is normally sooner than that.

Same day delivery

We offer local delivery for £2.99. This will apply to postcodes BT11 & BT17 only. Please insure you fall within these postcodes when placing your order.

Anything else is wider delivery for £4.99. This will apply to postcodes BT5, BT9, BT10, BT12, BT13 & BT28.

Shipping

We offer the fastest shipping method available at the time.

All orders placed on the day, will instantly ship the next working day. Your package should arrive with you normally within 1-2 business days.

When your order is processed and shipped, you will be notified and will arrive with you as soon as possible. If tracking is available, you will be provided with a tracking code. Please use this page to track your items.
